Great stay! Conveniently located off 95, clean rooms, free breakfast and friendly staff. They have an indoor heated pool for the kids and the rooms are great for families. Conjoined rooms are also available. The rooms were clean and had several USB charging ports.

A very clean and very well appointed room with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. Quiet with a nice breakfast and a great location. All with a very friendly and helpful staff.

I want to recognize the Marriott team and especially Antwain because he absolutely deserves high credit. His customer service was not just ten out of ten. It felt like one thousand percent. Every single thing I asked for he handled with ease and intention. I felt taken care of. I felt valued as a guest. I felt like he was five steps ahead and already had the solution in motion before I even finished explaining the request. I also want to mention Danielle. I spoke with her on the phone prior to arriving and she was just as pleasant and professional. Her tone was warm and welcoming and she made sure that I had everything I needed. That matters especially when you are getting your first impression before even stepping foot on the property. That level of service is rare in hospitality. That level of service is rare in general life. The accommodations were great. The room was clean. The stay itself was comfortable. Honestly I am picky and I would stay here again without hesitation. The energy was calm and the service was consistent which matters more than decor upgrades or fancy finishes. Real service is the luxury. Thank you to Antwain and Danielle for showing what true care in customer service looks like. This is how you create repeat customers and positive word of mouth. I will absolutely return.

Clean AND friendly…Naula, at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. Best breakfast (especially the Jalapeño cheese soufflés) and a very clean breakfast area with a super sweet attendant, Dorleen. Nice way to start our vacation

Very friendly engaging staff. Very clean. Modern rooms. Typical size. Comfortable beds. (My back didn't hurt in the morning and I slept all night. I'm not a spring chicken any more and sleeping in a strange bed can do a number on my back. Especially after driving all day) We wouldn't hesitate to stop again. There were a few gas stations and several food options right there.

Mr John demonstrated great customer service from the start. Although it was late he was up beat and freindly. The rooms were ready on time. The staff was freindly and helpful and made my family feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Emporia, VA. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I could ask for. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus — fresh coffee, hot options, and plenty of choices to start the day right. The hotel felt safe and peaceful, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was well maintained. What really stood out was the level of customer service — every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure this hotel is a great choice for comfort, cleanliness, and great value. I’ll definitely stay again!
